This is a mobile app for ACC employee's to collect customer feedback whenever they visit a customer location (Dealer or Retailer or IHB's). This app provides two section for collecting customer feedback. One sections is catered for collecting Dealer feedback and other section is for Individual House Builders (IHB). Once the ACC employee selects a customer type, the app will take him through a series of questions. After collecting answer's from customer, the ACC employee can submit that information. The data thus submitted will be analysed at the backend for improving for customer service.
Apr 10, 2017 Version 1.0.1 This new version will enable the employee to capture the retailers feedback as well. A new section for capturing the retailer feedback is added in this new version of Customer Feedback App.
